A task failed: no eligible connected store

A task fails when none of your connected partners can host the post under the current settings.

If a task's Error Log says “No eligible connected destination store found. Connect with a compatible store first.”, the agent found no accepted partner that passes the matching rules right now.

Why it happens

  • Partners turned off hosting or changed their Host posts settings.
  • Your Get links settings changed, for example a narrower DA range or language.
  • Competitor or excluded category rules now block the pair.

How to fix it

Connect with more stores, widen your Get links filters, then click Retry task in History.

For the Feature Home Page source, another error can appear: “Could not resolve the store's primary public URL (home page).” Set a primary domain for your online store in Shopify, then retry.
