Search Console does not connect or shows no data

Fix Google Search Console connection errors and empty Search Console metrics in your SEO report.

Connection errors

  • No matching property — “Your store's primary domain doesn't match any property in your connected Google Search Console account.” Add and verify your store domain in Search Console with that Google account, then connect again.
  • Generic error — “Could not connect Google Search Console. Please try again.” Retry, and make sure you allow access on the Google consent screen.

Connected but empty

A newly verified property can take a few days to collect data in Google. The report covers the last 28 days, so a small store may show low numbers at first.

After fixing the connection, run Scan My Store again to refresh the report. You can still create agents without Search Console by adding your own keywords.
