Publish failed means Shopify could not create the article. Open the app again, then use Retry approve & publish.
A post shows Publish failed when it was approved but Shopify returned an error while creating the article on the host's blog. The host can open the row actions in Incoming activities and click Retry approve & publish. The most common fix is simply to open Backlinker again, which refreshes the store session, then retry.

- “No Shopify blog found to publish this post.” — the host store has no blog. Create one under Online Store → Blog posts, then approve again.
- “You have reached this plan limit for the current month.” — the guest store reached its published posts limit, or the host its auto-publish limit. The post keeps its status; approve it after the next calendar month starts, or upgrade.
