Ask the guest author for changes, or reject a post that does not fit your blog.
If a guest post is not right for your blog, you have two options in Incoming activities:
Request changes
Click Request changes on a post that is Submitted, In review or Approved. You see “Changes requested.” The guest author sees the status Changes requested and can submit the post again or cancel it.
Reject
Click Reject on a post that is Submitted or In review. You see “Draft rejected.” The status becomes Rejected and the post will not be published on your store.
Use rejection for posts that are off-topic or promote products you do not want on your blog. To receive fewer unsuitable posts, adjust Topics I accept from guest posts and Excluded categories (never host) in Settings.
