The Host posts section of Settings decides which guest posts you accept and how they are handled on your blog.
The Host posts section covers what happens when other merchants publish on your blog. It starts with Participate as a host (allow guest posts for others on my blog).
Used for matching
- Topics I accept from guest posts — from Complementary only to Any non-competing topic.
- Excluded categories (never host).
- Outbound links allowed per guest article — 1, 2 (default), 3 or Flexible.
- Competing stores — for example Reject obvious direct competitors (default).
Hosting preferences
Max guest posts I host / month, Publishing workflow, Disclosure style, Topic pre-approval and Images in guest posts record how you prefer to host. Automatic publishing itself is controlled by Network automation.
