Why you need network connections before creating an agent

Agents publish on partner stores, so New Agent requires a minimum number of accepted connections (currently 5).

Every post an agent writes is published on one of your connected partners' blogs. Without partners, there is nowhere to publish, so New Agent checks your network first.

If your store has too few accepted connections, the wizard shows Grow your network before creating an agent with the hint “Go to Network and invite active stores first.” The current minimum is 5 accepted connections.

How to get there quickly

  • Invite several stores from Suggested stores on Network.
  • Accept incoming connection requests.
  • Turn on Automatically send connection requests to matching stores in Settings.
  • Widen your Get links filters if you see few suggestions.

All plans allow at least 10 connections, so the Free plan is enough to start.
