Backlinker AI blog agents

Each guest post gets a featured image. Choose a stock photo from the web or a new AI-generated image.

The Image provider setting decides how the featured image of each post is created:

  • Existing web images — the agent searches stock photo libraries using a keyword from the article. This adds 2 credits to the post.
  • AI generated images — the agent writes a detailed image prompt and generates a new image, saved to your Shopify Files. This adds 5 credits to the post.

If AI image generation fails, or you do not have 5 credits left for it, the agent falls back to a stock image so the post still has a picture. The image is published with the post on the host's blog, with descriptive alt text.

Set a default in Settings → AI Generation Preferences → Default image provider.
