Pending, Connected, Declined, Cancelled and Blocked: what each connection status means on store cards.
Each suggested store card shows either an Invite button or one of these statuses:
- Pending — a request was sent and is waiting for an answer.
- Connected — the request was accepted; the store is an accepted partner.
- Declined — the receiving store refused the request.
- Cancelled — the sending store withdrew the request.
- Blocked — the connection is blocked and cannot be used.
You may also see Blocked by your settings. This means your own Allow my store to request setting prevents you from inviting that store. Change it in the Network & matching section of Settings if you want to invite it.
