Draft, Submitted, In review, Changes requested, Approved, Published, Rejected, Cancelled and Publish failed.
Every guest post moves through these statuses on the Network page:
- Draft — written by your agent, not yet sent to the host.
- Submitted — sent to the host.
- In review — the host is reviewing it.
- Changes requested — the host asked for changes.
- Approved — accepted by the host, about to be published.
- Published — live on the host's blog.
- Rejected — refused by the host.
- Cancelled — withdrawn by the guest author.
- Publish failed — approved, but Shopify could not publish it; the host can retry.
With network automation on, a post often goes from Draft to Published in one step.
