Why is my suggested stores list empty?
Usually your filters are too narrow or your SEO report is missing. Run Scan My Store, then widen your Get links settings.

First check that Participate as a link seeker or Participate as a host is on in Settings, and that you ran Scan My Store on Home so your store has a verified profile.
Then widen your filters: Topic fit set to Any non-competing store, no category or region filter, and Any for language and quality. Reload Network to see the new suggestions.
