The History page

Backlinker Scheduling & history

History lists every agent task with its status, progress and creation date, plus search, filters and actions.

Open History to see all your tasks in the Tasks History table. Columns are Task Name, Status, Auto Update, Progress, Created and Actions.

Find a task

  • Use the status filters: All, Scheduled, Pending, Processing, Completed, Completed with errors, Failed, Cancelled and Waiting.
  • Type in Search by task name or ID and click Search.

Below the table, Scheduled Task Automations lists your recurring agents. An info note reminds you that tasks you start now begin shortly, that only one runs at a time, and that scheduled tasks start at their scheduled time.
