When do my monthly limits reset?
At the start of each calendar month. Network counters such as requests and published posts follow calendar months in UTC.

Credits refresh at the start of each calendar month. Network counters (network requests, draft submissions, published posts and auto-publishes) also count per calendar month, in UTC.
Active connections and scheduled tasks are not monthly: they count while active. Check all of them in Usage This Month on the Plans page.
