Where do hosted guest posts appear?
Approved guest posts are published as live articles on your store's first blog, with the guest store as author and its own image.

They are published on the first blog of your Shopify store, usually your main blog such as News. Each one is a normal, live article with the guest store's address as author, a featured image, an excerpt, tags including backlinker and a short attribution line.
You find them in Shopify under Online Store → Blog posts, and on Network under Incoming activities.
